1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number (if applicable).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available for select pin codes)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your cart.

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of placing the order. VGIFTZ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage, as these may be required for our investigation.

8. Bulk or Gift Orders

For bulk orders or special gifting requirements, please reach out to us directly. We offer custom packaging and priority shipping for large or special occasion orders.
